What to expect from your photoshoot

Step 1

Initial idea development

Once you have decided that you could benefit from professional quality photos for yourself or your business please contact me so we can develop an idea of what is just right for you.

Initially, I will try to get as much info from you as possible to help me "feel" your aesthetic , this would usually be done via an email or 2, or perhaps a sit-down meeting over coffee. I would be asking about the look you like, what you will be using the images for - print or for use on a website, social media, etc.

It would help if you had some kind of mood board to show me, I like Pinterest to keep "moods" or "looks" that I like.

Step 2

Preparation

We would then prepare for the shoot day, this would mean things like booking in for hair and make-up... getting all the products and props together ... deciding on clothing style, finding the right location and things like this to make the shoot day run smoothly. 

Step 3

Shoot day

A time, duration, and location will have been decided and so now we can get into the Fun side of things!

Step 4

After the shoot

I will require around 3 or 4 days to edit the images now.

You will receive via Dropbox or Google Drive the images in digital form. I like to have 2 folders, one with high res images for print and one for the same images but in a lower website/social media size.

If you require printed images, I can arrange this also and can give you print costs relevant to size and paper quality. 

Payment

Payment will be made by Bank transfer. 1/2 as a deposit before the shoot and the final 1/2 when the images are all ready to deliver.

If there are any additional costs for example - Hair and Makeup, driving to locations outside of New Plymouth, hiring Models, etc .. these costs will be additional to the basic shoot costs quoted.
